How We Started

Turner H. Construction was founded by Howard Turner in 1989.  Howard has a passion for business and, with that passion, turned Turner into one of the premier specialty concrete companies in the Southwest.  Turner quickly entered the specialty utility segment when he began developing his proprietary form design.  That design would allow Turner to become a company that consistently performed and delivered the highest quality work in the industry.  Soon, Turner's reputation would enable the company to expand into numerous utilities in the Southwest.  36 years later, Turner H. Construction is still transforming the industry with the highest quality and unparalleled  safety record in the Southwest.
